Egypt Attracts $8.1Bn In FDI In 2008-09
Egypt has attracted about $8.1bn in foreign direct investment (FDI) in fiscal year 2008-09, which started on 1 July, according to preliminary estimates by the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) of the countrys balance of payments, raising total FDI from July 2005 to June 2009 to about $42.4bn.
