Malaysia May Raise Output In 1988
Malaysia is considering an increase in its production ceiling - currently500,000 b/d - to 540,000 b/d in 1988, according to the Vice President of thenational oil company Petronas, Mr. Rastam Hadi. However Mr. Hadi added that thecurrent ceiling would be maintained next year if the government decided tocontinue to support OPEC's efforts to stabilize prices.
