UNDP Allocates $41mn to Sudan
The UN Development Program (UNDP) has allocated $41mn for developmentprojects in Sudan over the next five years, according to Mr. Bryan Wannop, UNSecretary General Javier Perez De Cuellar's special representative, at a pressconference in Khartoum on 31 October. The UN official added that 20% of thefunds would be reserved for development in south Sudan when security improves inthe area.
