BOTH SAUDI ARABIA AND KUWAIT DENY CHANGE OF MIND ON 1988 OIL PRICE
Both Saudi Arabia and Kuwait have strongly denied suggestions emanatingfrom Iran that they may have changed their minds on oil price policy and beconsidering a price increase for next year. In separate statements, the twocountries have reaffirmed their commitment to keeping the current $18/B OPECreference price unchanged for 1988.
