QAPCO Realizes Profit of $23mn In 1987
The Qatar Petrochemical Company (QAPCO) - a joint venture owned 84% by thestate-owned Qatar General Petroleum Corporation (QGPC) and 16% by France'sCDF-Chimie - realized a net profit of QR85mn ($23.4mn) in 1987 compared to aloss of QR57mn ($15.7mn ) in the previous year.
