Asry Achieves 88% Occupancy Rate in 1987
The OAPEC-sponsored Bahrain-based Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard (ASRY)achieved an 88% occupancy rate at its drydock in Bahrain in 1987, compared to80% in 1986, and doubled its ship repair turnover to some $23mn, according to acompany statement released in London last month.
