EC and Jordan Detail Aid Program
The European Community and Jordan agreed last week on the projects to befinanced by the third financial protocol approved last year. According to Mr.Eberhard Rhein, Head of the Mediterranean, Mideast and Arab Department at theEC, the package totals ECU100mn ($120mn) and includes ECU35mn in grants, ECU2mnin risk capital and ECU63mn in soft loans by the European Investment Bank.
