Abu Dhabi Refuses Price Discounts to Customers
Abu Dhabi is still holding fast to official selling prices (OSPs) andrefusing to grant market-related discounts to crude customers. ADNOC's marketingofficials made it clear in talks with Japanese customers which began in Tokyolast week that there could be no question of granting them any price reliefbelow OSP.
