KPI's Italian Subsidiary to Buy Montedison's Lubricants Unit
Kuwait Petroleum International's subsidiary in Italy - Q8- Italia - hasconcluded a preliminary agreement with Italian group Feruzzi-Montedison for thepurchase of the latter's lubricants division of Raffineria Olii Lubrificanti (ROL),according to an announcement on 8 March by an official of Q8-Italia.
