Bids Submitted for Ras Lanuf Expansion
The Ras Lanuf Oil and Gas Processing Company (Rasco) received in early Marchbids from 10 European and South Korean companies for the construction of thesecond phase of the Ras Lanuf petrochemicals project, MEES learns. Tenderdocuments were issued in early September 1987. Rasco is expected to awardcontracts for the project during the third quarter of this year. Financing willbe undertaken directly by the Libyans.
