France Reschedules Iraq's 1988 Debts, Provides New Credit
The French Government has agreed to reschedule Iraq's debts falling due in1988, which total FF2.3bn ($404mn), after a meeting of a joint Franco-Iraqi debtcommittee in Paris on 11 March.
