Two Gulf Insurers Report EarningS Decline
Two Gulf insurance companies have reported a decline in income in 1987. TheAbu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC) reported a 5% decline in profits to$27.5mn, resulting from a decline in premiums and profits in the fire andaccident division. ADNIC reported a marginal decline in total premiums writtenin 1987 to $88.1mn.
