USSR Will not Cut Oil Output
The Soviet Union does not intend to join in efforts to stabilize oil pricesby cutting output, even if other OPEC and non-OPEC producers agree to do so attheir current meeting in Vienna, according to a spokesman for the Oil Ministryin Moscow.
