KIO Stake in BP Referred to UK Monopolies Commission
The 22.068% stake in British Petroleum plc held by the Kuwait InvestmentOffice (RIO) has been referred to the UK government's Monopolies and MergersCommission (MMC), which is to examine whether such a holding is in the publicinterest.
