Nazer Rebuts Criticism of Saudi Stand in Vienna
The Saudi Oil Minister, Mr. Hisham Nazer, has reiterated the position takenby his country at the recent consultative OPEC meeting in Vienna - that OPECshould offer to match non-OPEC production cuts only on a barrel-for-barrelbasis, and that the reduction should be distributed equally among the membercountries - and has indicated that this policy is unlikely to change before thenext OPEC meeting in June.
