Q8-Italia Raises Capital to $67mn
The board of directors of Q8-Italia - the subsidiary in Italy of KuwaitPetroleum International - has decided to raise the capital of Q8-Italia toLire 84bn ($67mn) from Lire 48bn ($38mn). Q8-Italia recently concluded apreliminary agreement with the Italian Group Feruzzi-Montedison for the purchaseof the latter's lubricants division of Raffineria Olii Lubrificanti (MEES, 14March).
