Kuwait Government Debt Outstanding Reaches KD1.2bn
With the conclusion of the 10th and 11th issues of Kuwaiti government debt,the total volume of treasury bills and bonds outstanding has reached KDl,204mn,according to MEES estimates. The debt ceiling approved for the current financial year, which ends in seven weeks at the end of June, is KD1,400mn, so theamount currently outstanding represents 86% of the ceiling.
