The OPEC ministerial conference, which was to have opened in Vienna on 8June, has now been postponed for three days until 11 June. The reason for thepostponement, which was requested by Algeria and the UAE, is to allow some ofthe Arab Oil Ministers to attend the Summit meeting of Arab leaders which is dueto convene in Algiers on 7 June.
