Turkey to Increase Liftings of Libyan Crude Oil
Libya agreed to increase crude oil exports to Turkey in order to acceleratebarter and past debt repayments for Turkish construction and service companiesoperating in the country. An accord to this effect was reached between Mr.Turgut Ozal, the Turkish Prime Minister, and senior Libyan officials during theformer's three-day trip to Libya last week.
