Kuwaiti Government Borrows Full KD1.4bn Ceiling
The Kuwaiti Government has borrowed its full KD1.4bn-worth of public debtallowed under the current fiscal year's debt ceiling, according to MEESestimates. With the conclusion last week of the KD150mn 15th issue of public debtt the Central Bank has essentially completed the government's borrowingprogram for FY1987/88.
