Oil exporters Deficit Cut in 1987
According to OECD and BIS Estimates The Basle-based Bank for InternationalSettlements (BIS) has estimated that the current account deficit for alloil-exporting developing countries was cut from over $30bn in 1986 to $1bn in1987.
