Daelim Quits Kangan Gas Projects
The South Korean firm, Daelim Industrial Company, announced on 4 July that itwould stopwork on the Kangan-Nar gas treatment plant and repatriate all of its400 workers. The decision was taken after an Iraqi raid on the plant on 30 Junewhich left 12 of the company's workers dead and 45 injured.
