Norway May Reconsider Production Restraint
Norwegian Oil Minister Arne Oeien has warned that Norway is watching the oilmarket situation closely and that if there is evidence of major quota violationsby OPEC members Oslo may reconsider its policy of production restraint in support of OPEC's efforts to stabilize prices.
