Libya Pledges Oil Assistance to Ghana
Libya has agreed to extend a soft-credit loan to Ghana worth $16.2mn topurchase 160,000 tons of crude oil, according to reports from Accra. InSeptember 1986, Libya agreed to reschedule over two years repayments on a$26.5mn soft-credit oil loan Ghana.
