IRAQ RESUMES OIL EXPORTS FROM GULF OUTLETS
Iraq has resumed oil exports from its Gulf outlets closed for the past eightyears since the onset of the Iraq-Iran war in September 1980 - almostimmediately after the official UN-sponsored cessation of hostilities in theearly hours of Saturday 20 August.
