Shell Forecasts Grim Outlook for Oil Prices
A grim forecast on the outlook for oil prices was projected by a top officialof the Royal Dutch/Shell Group last weeks According to Mr. John Jennings, aManaging Director of the Group, oil prices may well stay in the $10 to $20/Brange, in nominal terms, until well into the 1990s - and even these prices willonly materialize "if OPEC keeps its act together."
