New Issues in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia
New issues of public debt were made in both Kuwait and Saudi Arabia last week. In Kuwait the 21st issue of debt comprised a KD100mn replacement treasury bill issue which attracted KD255mn worth of bids on 31 August.
