Japan to Raise State Stockpile to 190mn Barrels
According to the chairman of the Japan National Oil Corporation, Mr.Hashimoto Toshikazu, Japan is to raise its government oil stockpile from thecurrent 170mn barrels (48 days consumption) to l90mn barrels over the next sixmonths.
