Iraqi Government Approves $3bn Supplementary Budget
The Iraqi cabinet has approved a supplementary budget of a minimum of $3bn to raise total planned expenditure of ID69,165bn ($58.6bn) under the 2009 federal budget, government spokesman 'Ali al-Dabbagh announced on 19 July.
