Japan Lends $303mn to North Yemen and Jordan
Japan agreed last month to provide a concessionary loan to North Yemen worth$166mn to finance the construction of the 500,000 t/y cement plant at Mafraq.The loan is repayable over 30 years, including a 10-year grace period.
