Proven Crude Oil Reserves Put at 22.8bn Barrels
Libya's proven crude oil reserves are estimated at 22.8bn barrels, whilethose of natural gas reserves are put at 22.1bn cu. ft., according to a papersubmitted by Libyan oil officials to the 13th congress of the World EnergyConference. Domestic energy consumption has been growing at 10% annually, thepaper said.
