IRAN
Iran and Turkey Commission Study on Gas Pipeline
Turkey and Iran have signed a $300,000-contract with British Gas PLC for afeasibility study on the gas pipeline between Iran and Europe which was firstmooted by the two countries early last year (MEES, 28 January 1985). Accordingto a British Gas spokesman the pipeline could cost between $11bn and $12bn.
