Algeria too Sees Need for Production Cuts
Algeria has added its voice to the growing number of OPEC members who believethat the Organization will have to reduce its output if prices are to be raisedin the short term.
A commentary published by the official APS news agency in Algiers on 20November welcomes the campaign for a return to a fixed price of $18/B as "astep in the right direction towards unity and credibility" and calls on theOPEC countries...
