Norway May Continue Export Cutback: UK still Adamant

Norwegian Oil Minister Arne Oeien has said that OPEC may be being"optimistic" in seeking to achieve an oil price of $18/B unless itreduces its production from the present level, but has indicated that Norway iswilling to continue its 10Z cut in exports if OPEC agrees to extend its existingproduction ceiling beyond the end of the year.
