Production Cuts Needed for $18/B Says Iraq's Taqi
Iraq's Oil Minister, Mr. Qasim Ahmad Taqi, has stressed that OPEC will haveto reduce output in order to achieve a fixed price of $18/B, while at the sametime reiterating that as long as the Gulf war continues Iraq will insist on aquota equal to Iran's if OPEC introduces a new system of quotas.
