(The OPEC accord on production and prices reached in Geneva on 20 December isdrawn up in the form of an Agreement rather than as a resolution or decision, asis the usual practice. In fact, this is the first time that OPEC has used theformat of an Agreement. There follows the text of this Agreement, which wassigned by the Heads of Delegation of 12 of the 13 member countries. Iraq did notsign the Agreement.)
