University of Surrey Holds Energy Conference in April

The University of Surrey Energy Economics Center will hold its annualinternational energy conference this year on 9-10 April under the title"Energy Policies in an Uncertain World." Papers to be delivered willcover topics on energy policies in the Third World, EEC, US and the UK as wellas an assessment of conservation and environmental programs.
