Oman Pledges to Cut Oil Output by 32,000 b/d

Non-OPEC Oman has committed itself to cut back crude oil production by 5.8%,to 518,000 b/d from the 1986 average level of around 550,000 b/d, as from 1February in a gesture of support for OPEC's current effort to strengthen andstabilize world oil prices.
