Libya to Supply Turkey with 3-5mn Tons of Oil In 1978
The semi-official Anatolian News Agency on 8 January quotes the TurkishIndustry and Commerce Minister, Mr. Cahit Aral, as saying that Turkey will buyup to 5mn tons of crude oil from Libya this year if the quotas set by OPECpermit. It also quotes him as saying that the two countries would jointly set upa plant in Libya to liquefy natural gas for Turkey, and that Libya would buymore goods from Turkey to help...
