JAPANESE BUYERS SIGN UP FOR FIVE-MONTH SAUDI CONTRACTS BUT MAJORS STILLHOLD BACK
A number of additional customers including two Japanese buyers have signed upduring the past week for Saudi crude oil supplies under the five-monthfixed-price contracts now being proposed by Saudi Arabia.
