Greece to Buy Algerian Crude
Greece will import 600,000 tons of Algerian crude over the next 14 monthsunder an agreement doubling trade exchanges between the two countries signed atthe end of January. An announcement by the Greek Trade Ministry on 27 Januarysaid the crude will be purchased at "satisfactory prices for the Greekstate." The agreement also includes "significant possibilities forcooperation" in construction and natural gas.
