Otaiba Stresses GCC and OPEC Commitment to Geneva Agreement
The UAE Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Dr. Mana Saeed al-Otaiba,has emphasized that the member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) arecommitted to the defense of the OPEC Geneva agreement and that OPEC itself willtake whatever steps may be necessary to ensure market stability, includingfurther production cuts.
