Saudi Arabia and Jordan Set Up Investment Company
Saudi Arabia and Jordan have signed an agreement to set up a 50/50 jointventure company capitalized at $500mn. The company, which is headquartered inAmman, will invest in agricultural and industrial projects. It has a six-manboard of directors and a term of 50 years.
