Chevron and Philips Leave Saudi Cable company
The five local partners in the Jiddah-based Saudi Cable Company (SCC) havebought out at an undisclosed price the 25% equity shareholding of the twoforeign partners in the company held 20% by Arabian Chevron (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chevron of the US) and 5% by NKF Groep (a wholly-owned subsidiary ofPhilips of the Netherlands).
