Kuwaiti Minister Voices Optimism
The Kuwaiti Oil Minister, Shaikh 'Ali Khalifah al-Sabah, believes that theOPEC countries are adhering to their production quotas, and that if theycontinue to do so over the next two months the outlook for OPEC's price stabilization plans will brighten in the second half of the year.
