IDB Lends Algeria and Pakistan $39mn
The Islamic Development Bank (IDB) will extend two loans to Algeria - $10mnto finance petrochemical imports from Saudi Arabia and $9mn to finance cottonimports - as well as a $20mn loan to Pakistan to import palm oil from a membercountry, according to agreements signed on 12 and 13 March.
