Spot LNG Sale to West Germany
Algeria's Sonatrach has sold 500mn cubic meters of liquefied natural gas(LNG) to Bayerngas of West Germany on a spot basis. The LNG is to be deliveredin March/April and September/October for storage in Bayerngas' undergroundfacilities. This is Sonatrach's second sale of spot LNG on the German market,the first being to Ruhrgas late last year (MEES, 8 December).
