Finland KD Issue Oversubscribed
The ground-breaking KD20mn bond issue for the Republic of Finland led by the National Bank of Kuwait (MEES, 11 May) was duly signed on 13 May after being received enthusiastically by the local market, which oversubscribed the issue. The issue matures in May 1994 and carries a 7.5% coupon. It was issued at par with a 1% selling commission and a 0.5% underwriting commission (including a 0.125% praecipium). A call...
