Otaiba Rules Out Use of Naval Facilities in UAE
The UAE Minister of Petroleum, Dr. Mana Saeed al-Otaiba, has said that while Kuwait has every right to take whatever steps it deems necessary to protect its tankers, the UAE will not allow foreign warships to enter its territorial waters and will not grant them access to naval facilities.
