US Lends North Yemen $6.3mn
The US Agency for International Development (USAID) has agreed to extend two credits worth a total of $6.3mn to North Yemen. $2mn has been allocated for a primary health care project in Tihama, while $4.3mn will go to San'a University's agriculture faculty for teacher training and the establishment of a 33-hectare experimental farm.
